Update on MIL and my SIL too!!
I think my MIL has been LC for about 5-6 months now and is In Love with it!! She has lost 54 Lbs so far! It amazes me just how commited she is and she thanks me constantly for helping her and for introducing her to LC! She looks so awesome too!! My SIL sue started about 2-3 months ago and is down 27 lbs! I gave her my New Diet revolution book at Christmas but she's kinda doing her own version of LC, eatting cantalope like crazy! I told her that's to many carbs But if she's still losing then more power to her! Their Old version of trying to lose weight was a Coconut-chocolate granola bar for Breakfast and lunch then whatever for supper and couldn't figure out why the weight wasn't staying off. Lol Now they know!! I'm just soo stinkin proud For both of them!

That is so great that you shared your knowledge with them! Way to be a fantastic role model!

Yay...you are a great inspiration for them both...There are a few people at work who started lc and it makes me stay accountable...they started because I did well so if I fail I feel I am letting people down...oh and my daughter started modified low carb after I told her about wheat belly...she did not need to lose weight but always had that little stomach pooch...now since eating less sugar and wheat she has lost a few pounds, has no pooch, and less frequent bathroom issues...opposite me she seems to have irritable bowl and has to go urgently. But not as much any more.

So glad you had a positive influence on these people.

I think that is wonderful!!!

It does help me to stay on track with them looking to Me for guidance and help! I think my SIL would be losing faster if she'd go by Traditional induction But if what she's doing is working right now then i'm not bugging her about it Lol!
