Been having such an awful time losing weight! So i'm back to basics and 100% induction!
Breakfast- 2 coffees with 1 teaspoon hwc, 3 slices bacon and 1 egg
Lunch- salad w/ ranch and grilled chicken. Water
supper- meatloaf (basically hb meat w/ egg and tiny diced onion) green beans. Water
soo much water today I could float!

No problem and welcome!! HWC= heavy whipping cream or 35% cream and fat bombs are usually some combination of almond butter, coconut oil and artificial sweetener.

d Roast beef w broth,steamed cauli w cheddar cheese sauce,sf tea
S. cream cheese clouds,drink gallon+ cold water

Well, had pizza and fried zucchini on Saturday night and fasted most of yesterday. At my lowest this morning, but I am not taking that for granted. Clean eating today!

B: Earl grey tea with 1 half-and-half and 2 splenda
L: burger patty (15% fat) with slice of pepperjack cheese and mushroom/red onion/garlic topping; cauliflower salad with celery, red onion, hard boiled eggs with cider vinegar and mayo dressing.
D: probably leftover wings with blue cheese dressing

It'll work, I'm sure of it.

Watch out for some induction flu. I didn't expect it when I did this to break my plateau and it knocked me for a loop. Didn't last long fortunately.

Snacks: 3 of Linda Sue's Ginger snaps (next time I'd double the spices), and nuts.

Dessert will be hot tea with 1 T of HWC, and 2 low carb no bakes.

And water, water, water!
