I don't know about that 100% resolution of menstrual dysfunction in PCOS patients because if anything my cycle has been MORE screwed up lately (I'm guessing from the excess estrogen escaping from the fat cells I'm burning off though) and I actually know PLENTY of thin-cysters (or in other words skinny people with PCOS who never had a resolution like that, and still require medication/supplements to manage their condition). I do think it definitely helps though! :)

Interesting

I'm ignoring the soda one....I don't want to know!

However for the fat one, I agree with raindroproses about the PCOS. Also it seems that the image is blaming the fat itself for all of those things, rather than the diet that also caused the fatness. I am sure some of those things can be resolved just by losing weight, but for some of them quality of diet is the real issue, rather than quantity of body fat.

^^^^^ i think you are right about that. I didnt think of it that way when i posted it. I just thought it was interesting about how losing fat can improve our lives but a healthy lifestyle can too.
