B- 3 slices bacon, 3 eggs scrambled with 1 tbsp CO, pepper and garlic salt, string cheese, coffee with CO and HWC
L- steak with butter, small salad topped with 2 tbsp shredded cheese, 1 tbsp EVOO, 1 tbsp ACV, 1 HB egg, 1 tsp bacon bits and crumbled pork rinds.
S- 2 HB eggs mixed with 1 tbsp mayo and some mustard, small salad with 1 tbsp EVOO, 1 tbsp ACV, and 1 tsp bacon bits and some pork rinds dipped in mustard

Watching what I eat like a hawk because the scale isn't budging

L (very late): the inside of a beef taco from Taco Time (just the meat, lettuce, cheese and some hot sauce); ice tea

L: Pepperoni pizza on Joseph's lavash flatbread. Diet coke w/splenda.
D: Brisquet,salad, deviled egg. Strawberries stuffed w/cream cheese&whipped cream mixture.

D: Grilled Tri tip steak with grilled veggies. 1.5 cups of mixed greens w/ garlic and lemon evoo.

Snacks

Orange Metamucil, cheese stick, tea with 1 T HWC, 1T coconut butter.

Dessert will be 2 tiny no bake cookies/fat bombs and tea w/ 1 T HWC. Shout out to Linda Sue for the inspiration!

I LOVE Five Guys...now in my LC I don't think I could go in there. I would be SO tempted to have the fries. They're my favorite part of going there. Then again, I feel pretty strong these days. I may try to go in there when I head to the city next month.

They have a sign on their menu that says all burgers are available without bun. Which is kind of funny because hey, they don't have to give you a bun and they charge you the same. I'll bet all their burgers are available without the meat too! :)

I ordered without the bun instead of just picking it off and setting aside. She immediately asked me if I had a severe gluten allergy. I said yes (not true). She said, "is it severe?" I said no. She said if you have a severe gluten allergy they have to change their gloves when they make your burger.

I was never a big fan of their fries... luckily!
