It's FRIDAY! What Are You Eating Today?

Morning all.

Breakfast: Cheese and mushroom two egg omelette and a coffee with Splenda and double cream.

Lunch: Lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and Caesar dressing with a few slices of wafer thin ham.

Dinner: Chicken Caesar salad consisting of romaine, parmesan, Caesar dressing and chicken breast.

Snacks: Peperami, babybel.

Plus at least two litres of water and a berocca.

Good morning!

It's going to be a weird day for me I can already tell. I work night shift and I had some pepperoni when I first got here and now....

B: I'm just not hungry for breakfast
L: might eat what i cooked for breakfast
D: prob some broccoli soup i made yesterday
S: pepperoni

I did have a bunch of fat yesterday 80% of 1100 calories was fat, so that might be why I'm not hungry today.

I'm sure I'll add something in somewhere. Friday's are sooo boring at work, all I want to do is wander around and eat.

B: cream cheese muffin

L: leftover pizza using Gourmet Girl Cooks almond/flax/parm crust (pretty good!)

S: cheddar cheese stick or hard boiled egg if needed

D: usually date night, but he's sick. So either some beef chili in the freezer or a chicken caesar salad (thanks for the idea Amber!)

-1 Egg White Protein Shake (1 Scoop MRM Egg White PP + 1.5 Cup Coconut Milk + 2 Tbsp. Greek Gods Yogurt)
Post Workout Snack:
-1/4 Cup Greek Gods Traditional Yogurt
L:
-3 Eggs Scrambled W-1 Tbsp. Smart Balance & 2 Tbsp. Cheddar
-2 Slices Bacon
-1 La Croix Orange Water
S (if needed):
-1 Black Pepper String Cheese
D (Going Out):
-Probably a Grilled Chicken Cesar Salad W-No Croutons
-1 Diet Coke

I also know I'll be drinking tonight, but Im going to limit myself to 2-Low Carb Beers (Bud Select 55) and 4 Oz. Vodka W-Club Soda.

I saw a weight on the scales I haven't seen since 2008


L: Pretty much the same thing as the last few days: 2 slices of low sodium bacon, 2 cups of baby spinach leaves wilted in the fat (I drained some off as it was a bit greasy yesterday) and 1 tablespoon of the parmesan/romano cheese mix. Ice tea

D: Usually we go out on Friday nights, but dh is over in Seattle packing up our condo (yay! we are going to sell it!). So, I will have the Atkins roast turkey tenders meal. And I better get to go out tomorrow!

Water and ice tea throughout the day
