Had three really good days at the gym, so today is for rest.
Have a few errands to run, but for the most part I'll be
doing plenty of nuthin'

Finished Combat last night. Starting Hip Hop abs tonight. Lame, I know. But I need something that will allow my shoulder to heal while still getting in a workout.

Not lame at all. Letting yourself heal is one the hardest things to do for those of us who love the gym.

Rough go today... Super tired at 430am. 50 minutes incline walking (3mph-21-25% incline). -800 cals. No energy :-(
