It's THURSDAY! What Are You Eating Today?

Morning all.

Breakfast: Two thick-cut rashers of bacon, two boiled eggs and an iced Americano with sugar free vanilla syrup and a splash of double cream.

Lunch: Lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and Caesar dressing with a few slices of wafer thin ham.

Dinner: Sirloin steak with mashed cauliflower, portabello mushroom, sweetheart cabbage and a peppered cream sauce.

Snacks: Cheesestring, peperami.

Plus at least two litres of water and a berocca.

B-coffee, sweet n low, had 2 pieces of turkey bacon and about 1/4 cup taco meat at like 5am I never eat breakfast but I woke up and was hungry.
L-veggie soup in chicken broth and 5 of Buttoni's oat fiber dumplings
S-1 hb egg, it's all I have left of the hb eggs
S-Iced coffee w/hwc?
D-That's a quandry. I don't have much food left. Salad and a tilapia fillet?

It was delicious, kept me full all day, and today I saw the lowest weight on the scale I have seen in years : 2 slices of low sodium bacon, 2 cups of baby spinach leaves cooked in the fat, and 2 tablespoons of parmesan/romano cheese. Ice tea
