Tuesday Workouts
 
Yeah. I'm back baby. Just needed to get that first workout out of the way. I would loooooooove to be able to go to a class today, we will see how that works out. If not, I'll do Body Combat at home watching a youtube class.

Trying to get my summer sexy back.

I went outside and walked. I enjoyed it. the weather is so nice today. I hope to get back to the Ymca Thursday and workout on the machines and do water aerobics.

On my way to the gym right after posting this.
Today is my "pull" day...that means exercises where I pull down or in on the equipment. It works the biceps and the back....but today I'm feeling energized so I think I'll do something new......INTERVALS....I have tried these on the track or tredmill and they are killers. but they are supposed to be an excellent fat burning/metabolism boosting workout so I'm going to try again....this time on the stationary bike.

HI there- I really need to work out today- either hit the mat with an intense yoga routine, or get my sweat on the treadmill, or maybe both!

back from the gym...Man those intervals are killers!...Even on the bike.
I could only go for 20 minutes, then switched to the rower for another 7 and that was it.
POOOPED....LOL
But after a little break I hit the weights and had a good workout on both the machines and the free weights. Feeling good...that good kinda tired.... y'know?

Just finished my hour of body combat. The video I watched today was terrible. I knew her routine more than her and she had no rhythm. I found one for tomorrow but its in Spanish but i can see the moves so that's all that matters. Anyhoo its done and I didn't want to.
