Dinner: Sliced steak over salad veggies

L: 3 oz shrimp with shiritaki noodles in a coconut curry sauce and a little broccoli
D: 3 oz tilapia with 1/4 cup sauteed cabbage

I bought Gorton's frozen grilled tilapia fillets, and couldn't believe how much I enjoyed it last night. I am NOT a fish person but have been trying to broaden my protein choices. Very satisfied and will be buying lots more!

L - going to the movies, so a pkg. of Planter's Wholesome nut mix, a diet Coke, and maybe some snap peas (anything to avoid the popcorn - my weakness!)

L - bulletproof tea (I'm sensing a trend! But really I was prepping for a large dinner, and pretty much napping through lunch anyway :laugh:)
D - New Zealand Rack of Lamb at Outback Steakhouse with two sides of grilled asparagus and a side of butter
S - bulletproof tea and/or cream cheese clouds if I get around to making them, and my daily piece of dark chocolate... ACV tonics :)

Ended up being super lazy and didnt make dinner so it ended up being a protein shake..

Ugh today was not fabulous - I ran out of eggs and bacon. Note: actually I think I accidentally threw the bacon away. When I don't have a planned breakfast it throws be completely off

B - 2 toasted oopsies, 2 tbs peanut butter (makes me stall but I was rushing and stuck), coffee, hwc, splenda

L - pepperoni, cheddar cheese, cucumber

D - cobb salad with chicken

I haven't recorded anything today which is unusual for me. I suspect I'm over :(

Man, I'm looking at having consumed FOUR cups of bulletproof tea today just to keep my calories/fat up today... I mean, I love the stuff but does anyone else drink multiple cups a day like that? Usually my limit is two, one in the morning, and one at night. Today just worked out really strangely because I'm already where I want to be protein-wise and the teas have pretty much turned into my fat bombs because of that :laugh:

I kind of wonder if too much of a good thing can be a bad thing, but calorie and macro-wise I'm right where I want to be for the day... I just had a fairly salty, high protein, moderate fat dinner as my sole food meal of the day and have been going nuts trying to level everything out since, LOL.

Surely drinking a lot of your calories can't be too bad when it's high fat and low carb, right?? I think the lesson here is, smaller dinner and eat lunch next time! :o
