I finally got my but in gear and did body combat.

the thread is here today because you started it .....YAY!!
I had a few days off from formal exercise because DW and I were doing alot of
yard work...involved much digging, hauling loads of dirt lifting bags of gravel and decorative stone ...etc.
but the project is complete....and very spiffy I might add, so today I was back in the gym.
I did 25 minutes on the tredmill, then some chest and shoulder work on the machines and some squats on the machine. Kinda an 'all around' sorta day...feeling great.

I did a 50 minute wii fit routine. I should have gone for a walk, too.

I haven't had a workout in a week, I can't believe how sick I was!! I am finally feeling completely better, what a difference. Can't wait for my light workout tomorrow! Then, if that goes well, back to tough workouts.

A friend has the wii with alot of fitness activities. It's fun, but the novelty wore off quickly...glad that you are still at it.

I like it because I can do it at home, since I'm not much one to go to the gym, and I can do it while my kiddo sleeps. I prefer to walk, but I'm a weather weenie and do NOT walk in cold or wet. Or dark. I hadn't done anything with the Wii in a while, but we were cleaning up and I came across the disc a few weeks ago and I've been back on it since.

It makes me want to try "real" Yoga, too, to see how that stacks up to the game.
