roasted chicken, mashed cauli and salad with homemade Italian dressing and 1 slice of low carb strawberry cheesecake:yummy:
B: Coffee w/CO
L: Jalapeno chicken w/guac
D: Grilled steak and roasted cauliflower
S: Iced coffee
B - 2 eggs, 2 bacon, coffee, hwc, splenda
L - Oopsie grilled cheese
D - chicken pot pie made w oopsie
S - 2 celery, 1 cup cucumber, diet hot chocolate (possibly with CO), and something worth 3 carbs that I haven't decided yet
Not sure yet, will check back later! Going to brunch at the Bfs family and then going to an early dinner at my parents.

L: 3 oz chicken fajitas with romaine wraps and a little light sour cream
D: shiritaki noodles with shrimp in coconut curry sauce
B: coffee w/ fresh nutmeg and cinnamon, truvia, half and half.
bacon, scrambled eggs w/ cheese, a tiny amount of fried potatoes :-/
L: Ham and cheese on flatout LC sandwich thins... (7 carbs)
D: grilled ribeye steak and cucumber salad w/ homemade dressing
S: cheese stick, SF chocolate, peanuts

D: I will simmer asparagus and after I will melt cheddar, salt and pepper

-1 Diet Coke
~44g net carbs
Hopefully it won't totally sabotage me but I plan on going to the gym tonight and am sticking to my previous plans all this week so hopefully no harm done.
