D: Chinese Oolong Tea w/stevia, Chicken/Broccoli/Onion/Garlic Stir-Fry
S: 1 Ounce Almonds
S: Deviled Eggs if hungry :yummy:
Breakfast- 1 egg pizza omelet(pepperoni.mozzerela cheese. 1tbs of piazza sauce)
Lunch- 1 cheeseburger( no bun)
Dinner- not sure yet
Snacks- sugar-free jello. Nuts
B - 2 sausage patties and coffee
L - 2 cheddar brats
D - don't know yet, chicken of somesort maybe
Snacks - already had a Slim Jim, almonds if needed
So far just 1/2 of an Iced Americano W/a Splash of Half & Half, but will check back later, food is pretty tentative today :)

D: Depends on if I have company or not. If not, then jalapeno chicken w/guacamole
It is 4.51pm I ate what was planned, I think I will go mad about 8pm

L: probably 3 oz chicken fajitas with romaine wraps a little light sour cream

L-chicken in broth w. cheese and 3 buffalo wings with ranch

L - two LC New York style hot dogs without buns (sauerkraut and mustard mmmm!) and a slice of American cheese
D - Five Guys bacon burger (bunless) with an extra small meat patty, mayo, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, lettuce and jalapenos
S - daily piece of dark chocolate, bulletproof tea, ACV tonics throughout the day
-1/2 Iced Americano W-Splash of Half and Half
-4 Oz. Rotisserie Chicken
-1/2 Cup Romaine W-2 Tbsp. Three Cheese Ranch & 1 Tbsp. Cheese
-2 Slices Cucumber & 1 Broccoli Floret
-1 La Croix Orange Water
D (Going to Panda Express):
-3/4 Panda Bowl W-Mandarin Chicken & Mixed Vegetables
-20 Oz. Unsweetened Iced Tea
~20g Net Carbs
Two egg cheese omelet w/sour cream
Three slices turkey bacon
B/L: A small glass of tomato juice, one egg over easy, one strip of extra thick bacon and one sausage link
D: It will more than likely be a salad with grilled chicken, cheese and ranch dressing but I'm not sure yet
Water and ice tea throughout the day
B: mock Danish
L: egg salad and spam (use to like it when I was younger...not so much now!)
D: Arby's roast beef (no bun)

Carbs were a little higher, but since Im out of town and away from my normal routine I'll let it slide.
Today was horribly unplanned which causes me anxiety but here's how it looks at the end -
B - 2 eggs, 2 bacon, coffee, hwc, splenda
L - none
D - Chinese restaurant - steamed shrimp and broccoli - omg this was amazing! no seasoning, no sauce. it was perfect
S - diet hot chocolate with hwc and 2 tbs of coconut oil since I didn't have enough fat
I had an Atkins meal bar and coffee with half and half and truvia for breakfast, then...for lunch... I had BBQ buffet.
I tried to stick to just meat- very little sauce- and some pickles.
I didn't have any bread or sides.
I had iced tea with lemon to drink.
All in all, it wasn't a horrible fail... but not perfect.
I feel bloated. No dinner, I'm not even a little hungry.
