Ooh, good post! Let's see here, I have to shop for my non-LC hubby so after I've weeded his junk out, I've got left:

Veggies, Fresh:
-1 container mixed field greens
-1 bunch romaine
-1 bunch spinach
- 1 bunch kale
-1 Cucumber
-1 yellow Onion
-2-3 broccoli crowns
-1 head of cauliflower
-2 Avocados
-1 Bunch Celery
-1 Pint Mushrooms

Fruit, Fresh:
-1 small carton strawberries

Protein:
-18 Eggs
-1 lb. sirloin pork chops
-1 lb. sliced deli turkey
-1 Package Bacon
-6lb Bag of Chicken Breasts
-2lb Ground Beef
-1-2 lb. steak

Salad 'Accesories':
-Brianna's french vinaigrette
-Ken's Steakhouse Blue Cheese Dressing

Cheese:
-1 Package String Cheese
-1 Package Shredded mexican blend cheese
-1 pkg. cream cheese

Random:

-1 Pint Heavy Cream
-1 Bottle Olive Oil
-1 lb. butter
- 2 cans tuna
- 1 container unsweetened almond milk
-2 containers plain greek yogurt

I often switch up my protein with stuff like chicken wings, halibut, roast beef, etc. and switch up my veggies with different greens, salad toppings, but this is pretty close.

This weeks grocery list will be only meat and eggs since I had more carbs than I should the past 2 days. And of course the string cheese and pork rinds for snacks!

Recent favorites of mine are:

-- non-extra virgin olive oil for making mayo
-- garlic olive oil from trader joe's for dressings
-- "unexpected" cheddar cheese from trader joe's (has bits of parmesan in it and is SO yummy!)
-- mesquite almonds from trader joe's
-- trident wild atlantic salmon burgers from costco (love these and they're super easy)
-- avocado (been eating a whole one every day lately)

Romaine Lettuce
Pea Shoots
Three bell peppers
Tomatoes
Basil Paste
Eggs
Chicken Meatballs
Swiss Cheese

I do coffee in the morning and a protein shake twice a day but I'm all set on those things. The things on my list are my lunch and dinner for 5 days. I usually get some deli turkey just in case I need an extra bit of protein and sometimes I'll get bacon. I buy hwc in bulk, so I'm good there for another week, I think.

I really wish I were a better cook.
I usually eat pretty much the same things day in and day out.
Not much creativity here at all.
I eat greens (kale, spinach, collards mostly)
a favortie frozen veggie is birds eye Normandy blend. broccoli/cauliflower/carrots/summer squash/zucchini
grass fed roast beef
swiss or montery jack chesse
eggs, salmon/sardines, some sour cream w/ nuts and berries du jour
some pb&J and that's usually it.
I do supplement with things when i get what I call, a "body craving" meaning my body seems to be telling me to eat a certain food....today it was tomato, so I bought some roma tomato's and mozzarella chees...top with some basil and nuke it.

I love reading everyone's lists! Sometimes I get into such a habit of grabbing the same things over and over that I don't ever think about buying anything else. I did my shopping today and apart from my original list I ended up also buying:

-1 Large Container Greek Gods, Full Fat, Greek Yogurt (I like to eat a little bit of this after my workouts)
-1 Bar of 86% Ghiradelli Chocolate (Helps with Sweet Cravings)
