How Many Calories?
 
I started at 245 pounds and lost 50 pounds in 5 months by eating induction level carbs and averaging 1200 calories per day. I've been stalled for 8 months now...

How many calories do I need now that I am 45 pounds lighter? More or less...

I promise this is just trying to help you, not playing "Gotcha" (because I am not perfect by any means!)... but you have posted about several cheats and it looked like you were doing JUDDD with much higher carb levels (according to prior posts in past months.. I went back as far as Thanksgiving) and thats fine, I mean plenty of people experiment with JUDDD and higher carb levels

Perhaps if you went back to Induction level carbs at 1200 cals... like when you were losing?

no one can tell you the answer to that. all those charts and calculators are just guesses based on what the average person's body seems to do. the only way to find out for you is to keep trying things. good luck.

Although I don't know the exact answer to your question, I do know that 1200 calories would be the lower limits for most women. Have you considered going higher calories and stay low carb?

I've found most online calculators to be pretty spot on for me. You can also do a tdee calculator, for a more in depth analysis.

I just saw where you are posting in the NK thread. I wouldn't worry so much about calories if you are doing NK.
