L- Mushroom cap brushed with olive oil and stuffed with hamburger and cheese (getting braver when it comes to veggies, I used hate mushrooms but my tastes have changed lately)
S- big ole chef salad with HB eggs, sweet pepper, cheese, 2 tbsp ranch and 2 tbsp bacon bits and maybe some salmon.

Good afternoon everyone! Anyone else noticing all the double posts on the forum today, or is it just me? Something must be going on because I doubt they were intentional

B - bulletproof tea
L - McDonald's quarter pounder patty with a slice of American cheese
D - Red Robin's Royal burger minus tomato and margarine in a lettuce wrap with a side caesar (no croutons!)
S - ACV tonics throughout the day, daily piece of dark chocolate

...yep, totally the same as yesterday but I haven't been able to stop thinking about that darn burger since I ate it! Honestly (and this is coming from a former starchy carb lover) I think it tastes even better WITHOUT the bun, with the lettuce instead. If they had that option back in the day when I was younger and I knew how delicious it was I might have eaten it that way by default
