Good Morning Everyone---feeling extra tired today.
-Crustless Spinach Quiche
-3 Cups Coffee W-1.5 Tbsp. HWC
-Romaine Salad W-Turkey & Ranch
-1.5 Celery Stalks
-1 Laughing Cow Cheese Wedge
-1 La Croix Lime Water
-1 Black Pepper String Cheese
-1 Bunless Turkey Burger W-Avocado & Bacon
-1/2 Cup Green Beans W-Water
-1 La Croix Lime Water
B - 2 bacon, 3 egg yolks (hubby had the whites), coffee, hwc, splenda
L - 2 oopsies, ham, mayo, cucumber
D - shepherd's pie with cauliflower mash
S - diet hot chocolate with hwc, celery sticks with 2 tablespoons cream cheese
I overdid it yesterday, up 2 lbs:( Gonna cut back today
B: Ham and eggs, bulletproof coffee
L: Hamburger meat and green beans
B: Flax seed oatmeal, steak, eggs, coffee (5 gm)
S: 1 oz almonds, coffee, celery (3 gm)
L: Grilled chicken, salad (3 gm)
D: Cauliflower gratin, protein shake (5 gm)
Workout: Greek Yogurt (8 gm)
Water: 2.6 L so far, 5 goal
I also over-did it yesterday, not realizing how many carbs were in the Olive Garden salads!!
B - ham
L - leftover 'noodle' creation
D - probably a burger
S - Slim Jim (alreday had it), pork rinds
B-Atkins shake, coffee w/CO and HWC
L-deviled eggs, turkey bacon
D-fish, 1c.green beans
coffee/hwc x 2 and 1 vco
salmon tango with dill sauce and a small salad with homemade Asian inspired dressing

D: Tuna salad...Made WAY too much
B: coffee with splenda and cinnamon
L: 3 oz tuna salad (tuna, 2 tsp light mayo, celery, and scallions) with red pepper strips as "crackers"
D: White Chocolate Grill for my bday with hubby. Probably grilled chicken and steamed veggies or fish.

L- chick fil a chargrill chicken salad
D - ?

I am going to work on those oopsie rolls this week/weekend. Also going to make those individual strawberry cheesecakes from Linda's site.

L- Mushroom cap brushed with olive oil and stuffed with hamburger and cheese (getting braver when it comes to veggies, I used hate mushrooms but my tastes have changed lately)
S- big ole chef salad with HB eggs, sweet pepper, cheese, 2 tbsp ranch and 2 tbsp bacon bits and maybe some salmon.

Good afternoon everyone! Anyone else noticing all the double posts on the forum today, or is it just me? Something must be going on because I doubt they were intentional :laugh:
B - bulletproof tea
L - McDonald's quarter pounder patty with a slice of American cheese
D - Red Robin's Royal burger minus tomato and margarine in a lettuce wrap with a side caesar (no croutons!)
S - ACV tonics throughout the day, daily piece of dark chocolate
...yep, totally the same as yesterday but I haven't been able to stop thinking about that darn burger since I ate it! Honestly (and this is coming from a former starchy carb lover) I think it tastes even better WITHOUT the bun, with the lettuce instead. If they had that option back in the day when I was younger and I knew how delicious it was I might have eaten it that way by default :laugh:
Today I have eaten:
plan to have a protein shake later, and some hard boiled eggs.
Was supposed to have a job interview today, but had to reschedule for tomorrow morning! Need to make some hard boiled eggs so I have something to grab & go!

D- spicy chicken wings (franks and butter), butternut squash fries
S- ranch kake chips and a coke zero
