Dreams of high carb foods.

Does anyone have dreams of them eating high carb foods? I used to a lot doesnt really happen too often anymore more but I just woke up earlier from a dream consisting of myself eating cookies and pizza and while dreaming I thought it was real and im like WHAT AM I DOING?!.. I dont crave high carb foods I just think this is funny.. dreaming about high carbs foods.. more like a nightmare! Does anyone else ever experience this?

YES!! Man, I thought I was the only one

The other night not too long ago I had a very strange dream where I was at some convention with a friend of mine, and I kept snacking on popcorn, and pretzels, and chips... and whenever I started chewing on the and realized what I was doing I hurried up and spit it out, and wondered what the heck was wrong with me that I grabbed food from the wrong bowl. I actually woke up and was upset because I thought I'd cheated on my WOE... but when I realized it was just a dream I felt really silly

I have them several times a week! Haha. I always get so depressed in my dream because I say "darn it, I screwed myself out of ketosis!"

Had one last night that involved drinking a two liter of Vernors. Was so thankful to wake up from it.

CARBMARES! Haven't had one in a long time but do remember the feeling of disappointment they brought.

They are common when quitting smoking(I had ciggy ones) so makes sense people would have them quitting sugar and starches.I think I read they are just the brain checking like a little kid for confirmation"we don't do that anymore right?"

This was my dream last night!

I dreamt I was eating carbs, and that I woke up and relieved that I was only dreaming. So this was a dream within a dream.

I had a dream the other night where I could not stop eating saltines. I thought "I could at least screw up ketosis on something good!" But no, I was pigging out on crackers.

Years ago, before I learned to eat healthy, my first thought of the day was of (unhealthy) food. My last waking thought at night was of (unhealthy) food. I dreamed about (unhealthy) food. Seriously. It was a nightmare. I realized my entire life was about eating unhealthy food.

No more dreams about food of any kind since I started eating healthy. Can't recall when they ended. I don't think I even dream about bacon!

I do confess to sometimes bribing myself with the thought of freshly made coffee and bacon & eggs when I want to stay in bed in the morning and need a good reason to get up...

I will say, in general, since I started eating LC, I find that my dreams are much more vivid and I remember them a lot better. I don't know why that would be the case, but it definitely is true with me.
