[QUOTE=Knittering;16339602]My favorite meal!
It's really easy. I buy a roasted chicken and shred the chicken. Then I chop up some green onions and garlic and saute them with a little coconut oil. Then I toss in a can of diced tomatoes, a can of diced jalapenos, a little chicken broth, the chicken, and if I feel like it, some cheese. Cook until warm and cheese is melted. (Edited because I forgot to mention that I also add about 1/2 cup of cilantro and top it with a little more cilantro and jalapeno, because I love both.)

For the guacamole, I just chop 2-3 ripe avocados and mash with sea salt, lime juice, crushed red peppers, and a little hot sauce. If my husband wants some, I add a little sour cream for him.

It's sooooo good.

Thanks, sounds yummy! I am going to have to try this.

Sure! I'm not exactly sure what it's doing for me if anything yet, but I've heard good things about Bragg's ACV as far as weight loss goes. It's also supposed to be able to help clear up your skin, and aid in digestion which were also draws for me. I also find that when I drink it, it kind of satisfies me and fills me up a little extra compared to just drinking water in between meals... it's really tasty to me too, the way I make it!

Basically all I do is take a tall glass (I think the one I use holds between 2-3 cups maybe?), fill that up with really cold water, and then add 2tsp of Bragg's ACV and about 5-6 drops of lemon flavored stevia drops. It tastes like a tangy lemonade to me, and I really enjoy it

I should probably look into the other health benefits of ACV because I know there are an awful lot of them. I've just been drinking it starting this week, and beyond noticing how good it tastes and how it cuts down on my cravings, I've also noticed I have a bit more energy too which is really nice and it has been helping my tummy out. Not sure if it's helping with weight loss or with my skin at all but I've got my fingers crossed!

Happy Wednesday!
Today I had:
Protein shake - 1 scoop choc whey PP, little HWC, ice, Soy Slender LC choc milk
2 50-cal LC tortillas with sliced tomato and cheddar + ranch. After these tortillas are gone I'm not eating them anymore. May feed the rest to the kiddo to get rid of them faster :P
For dinner, split a salad from Kroger with my daughter. Had Boar's Head turkey, bleu cheese, cherry tomato, bacon, black olives, and other stuff. Not too shabby, but it was like six dollars :/ was in a hurry.
May have a LC yogurt later.
Tomorrow, back to more of a plain menu.

Fat people are harder to kidnap, I agree. I was in Kashmir and it might be the reason that I survived.
