5 mile run eh? been a long time since I did one of those! kudo's
DW has me involved in one of her gardening projects so today will be a moderate day at the gym...Still will get in a workout though...missed yesterday which is fine...always good to throw in rest days but gotta get back into it right away.

Avid, I took up running 5 years ago when I was first losing weight and had hit a stall. Boom! The running kick-started me losing again and I ran my way right to my goal weight.

Typically, I like to get 4 days of 5 miles every week, but NJ winters can wreak havoc on my planning!! I also do 2 days of brisk 5-mile walks on the weekends with my husband and one day of my exercise bike. Since I like to eat and have weekend glasses of wine , I find I need to be diligent with exercise in order to help me stay in my weight range.
