I make herbed butter and put it on top of meat.

Or drink diet A&W root beer with hwc in it.

Back to bug you all again I am concerned about this hunger at night which is happening for the second time in a row tonight. I know myself and if I continue to be hungry at night sooner or later I will go crazy and binge. I know people always say hunger is not an emergency and I agree to a degree, but I also know form past experience that sooner or later I'll snap. I know I can just eat but I prefer to not eat after dinner and when I was at goal in 2010 I rarely wanted or needed to snack. Any suggestions on my menu?

Breakfast- 3 coffees w/6 tbl. lite cream (not 1/2 & 1/2 but not full fat hwc either), when this is used up I will by the full fat hwc
1 tbl. mct oil

Lunch- chicken thigh dipped in dukes mayo, cheddar cheese stick 1 cup coffee w/2 tbl. cream

Dinner- 2 scrambled eggs cooked in butter w/beef rope sausage and cream cheese

Jeanie- Maybe you are not eating enough. How many calories approximately do you eat? If you are still hungry I think you should eat more. Don't worry about the weight right now, you want to get your binging monster out of your system. So eat your proteins and fats. JMHO.

I don't know the calorie count. I really really dislike tracking! I ate a little more and feel good now though. Tomorrow I will try eating more throughout the day to see if that helps.

Some days I'm just more hungry than other days. If I get hungry even after dinner, I'll eat a tablespoon of cream cheese, or a diet A&W root beer with two tablespoons of cream. Either is about 100 calories, and the creaminess is very satisfying to me.

Do you limit protein? Maybe later a tbl. of cream cheese would do the trick but I can't imagine it would work now. I don't think I am in ketosis??

Linda Sue has some great induction meal plans with recipes and pictures. It's my go-to when I am feeling out of ideas.

When I feel the need to snack because I want a treat, I soften a bit of cream cheese,mix in some natural peanut butter. It's very rich and a small amount fills me up and satisfies me

I aim for 60-70 grams of protein a day. Some days I'm a bit lower, but I try not to be. I'm a big woman (260 pounds) and I'm afraid of losing muscle mass.
