S: SF Strawberry Jello or Deviled Eggs

D: Passover dinner - making slow cooked Moroccan lamb - will have 1/4 cup. Also making gefilte fish - will have one piece.

For the family am making Moroccan cous cous and grilled asparagus

L: homemade vegetable crustless cheese (5g carbs) and 50g of pickled vegetables
D: planning some cauliflower mash and some pan fried basa

S: sugar free raspberry jelly with one tablespoon of double cream, 2 x herbal teas

2 80 cal pkgs of tuna with mayo
low carb monster

need to go shopping, thinking eggs and bacon for dinner.
Actually, going to stock up on eggs and bacon as I don't give a crap about food lately and eggs and bacon sounds about as good as anything! lol

Solialized way too much this weekend, so didn't get a chance to shop and cook, but I will be doing so today after work.

B: Earl grey tea with 1 half-and-half, 2 splenda
L: Food from the Afghan food truck: Beef and chicken shish kabobs with yogurt dressing; mixed green salad; mixed vegetables, spinach. They always look at me funny when I say, "no rice, no bread, no potatoes (all of which came with this meal)."
D: Will eat dinner out before shopping: 5 habanero chicken wings with ranch dressing; wine

L - chicken breast, 1 c spinach, 1/4 c tomato, 2 tbs bleu cheese dressing

D - left over deep dish pizza (made with chicken and cheese crust)

S- hot chocolate with hwc, celery, and cheese "chips" (microwaved cut up pieces of american deluxe), salsa and sour cream (yummmmmm)

Ended up making pizza stuffed green peppers for dinner since the kiddo didn't want eggs and bacon :P pretty good stuff! Now, tomorrow, onto the egg and bacon diet lol. Also, cutting out my LC tortillas. Weight isn't moving. Save it for maintenance maybe!

Today was a sodium no-no day for me... time to get back on track tomorrow! :laugh:

B - 3 egg omelette with sausage and american cheese
L - diet root beer with 1T of HWC
D - two bunless sliders with mayo, and two plates of salad from the salad bar with bacon, egg, black olives, cheese, a little touch of sunflower seeds, and ranch dressing
S - NONE! Well, except my Braggs ACV tonics I've been mixing up but they're zero cal :)

Today was an incredibly stressful day at work - I didn't cheat carb-wise, but I ate a lot more calories than I intended to eat...

B - egg yolks mashed with mustard. mayo, and bacon bits (I'm HOOKED on this!)

L - one "to-go" snack pack of sugar snap peas with ranch

D - two (!) In N Out Flying Dutchman, another snack pack of sugar snap peas

two Diet Cokes and barely any water
