Hello!! I hope everyone is doing great :shake: Just wanted to share my most recent picture here. I am down to 164.8 which is almost 20 pounds down since January 13th!! I feel great and have now added 2 - 3 days of exercise and am still losing :) I love this website I get great ideas and it keeps me motivated. Take care everyone!! :hiya:

You know I still drank diet soda maybe twice a week.. however I just stopped. I guess I don't crave it anymore.. What I mostly drink is Propel water Berry and regular iced water with lemon squeezed into it. :shake:
