B: 2 coffees w/cream, Bob's Redmill High Fiber Cereal, Sausage Patty
L: Mint Medley Tea w/stevia, Tuna Salad in a Romaine Leaf
D: Oolong Tea w/stevia, Chicken/Broccoli/Onion/Garlic Stir-fry

S: 1 ounce Almonds
S: Deviled Eggs, Celery w/cream cheese if hungry

I will be out for most of the day but here are my plans

B - Coffee x1 w hwc and splenda

L - (eating out) either a chicken salad w bleu cheese dressing or a hamburger w tomato slices, cheese, bacon, lettuce and mayo w a side salad

D - may be eating out but if not - cracklaw

S - Diet hot chocolate w hwc

Breakfast:

Coffee w/cream and splenda
Scrambled eggs made with butter and cream cheese....this is really good if you've never had it. It was about 8 eggs, half a package of cream cheese and maybe 2 tablespoons butter, with some scallions and salt and pepper....my husband said they were the best he'd ever had. Yay!

Lunch:
Meatloaf made with ground beef, ground lamb, eggs, and shredded zucchini
Baked cauliflower

Dinner:
??? Have not decided yet.

Still suffering with ear infection so been craving some comfort food. I fed the craving with some oatmeal made with unsweetened soya milk and a little Splenda. Felt better. That was at lunchtime, had eggs on mim 'toast' for breakfast. Nothing else, not hungry.

L - salmon caesar salad with chopped hardboiled egg, and an extra side caesar with no croutons (dined out and ate my big meal for lunch today!)
D - not sure yet, probably a fat bomb or two since I'm already up on protein today and lacking in some calories... plus they're yummy!
S - blue raspberry diet soda, maybe a carbmaster yogurt if I feel like I need something or else some macadamia nuts

L: we were out running errands and hubby stopped at a pizza place. I ate the toppings from 2 slices pepperoni, sausage, mushroom and olive + a side ceasar w/o croutons

fasted all day, with the exception of a low carb energy drink

then went out for dinner and had a tiny crappy starter salad with delicious peanut dressing and like 15 pieces of sashimi.

Boy am I full!
