TGI FRIDAY! What are you eating?
Hi guys! We got SNOW here in Arkansas last night, about 5 inches I'd say. Pretty good snow for Arkansas. BUT the weather here, it goes as quick as it comes. Most of it has already melted.
So what's on the menu at your house today?
B: 2 eggs, 2 slice American cheese, 1 sausage
L: 4 meatballs (leftover), wholly guacamole 100 cal pack, and sour cream

So sick of the snow and it being cold!!
Breakfast - 3 egg yolks (hubby eats the whites and we split so nothing is wasted), 2 bacon, 2 coffees with splenda and hwc
Lunch - grilled cheese (2 oopsies and sharp cheddar), 1 cup peppers
Dinner - crack coleslaw
Snacks - hot chocolate with hwc and coconut oil, 1 cup green peppers
It snowed all day yesterday here too. Then it turned into a sheet of ice on the pass, and cars were actually sliding down backwards!
B: Bacon, egg, bulletproof coffee
L: Leftover pan fried chicken, asparagus
D: I'm thinking Domino's. Pizza for the fam, wings for me

B: 2 coffees w/cream, 1 cup soup beans w/Sriracha Sauce
L: Orange & Spice Tea w/stevia, Romaine, celery, radish, cucumber salad, EVO/ACV dressed
D: Oolong Tea w/stevia, 1 cup soup beans w/Sriracha Sauce/2 cloves of finely minced garlic
S: one ounce Almonds
S: Deviled Eggs or Celery Stalks
B: Flax Cranberry Walnut muffin with cream cheese, hardboiled egg and lots of coffee
L: low carb chili with black soybeans
D: Grilled salmon, kale
S: Greek yogurt
After dinner - merlot and prob some cheese or almonds (dang alcohol cravings!)
Good morning! I can't imagine what it would be like to live where it snows!

L. snap peas and a string cheese (need to go shopping)
D. Training class for one of the dogs tonight so will probably get a bunless burger on the way home.
Our school went to Legoland yesterday and I fell off the wagon, so hopefully getting right back on will avoid too much of a rebound..

I'm in Colorado, and we have a major snow storm starting tonight. I stocked up on ground beef, broccoli, eggs, and Jimmy Dean sausage.
My daily food for the weekend:
Coffee and coconut oil; morning cardio on the Xbike and treadmill
Carnivor beef protein with beta alanine and creatine monohydrate; 20 almonds
Late morning; 6 eggs, 3 JD links
Dinner; big burger with spicy mustard, broccoli, Miller Lite
I'm taking CLA/GLA and 5-HTP. These seem to help. My doc told me to avoid dairy; I kind of miss my cheese.
I'll be hitting the weights today, too. I expect to be shoveling a lot of heavy, wet, snow this weekend.
Rain here, and I've got an ear infection so I don't feel well and not even slightly hungry.

L: not had any yet, if I can bring myself to eat it will be a mama Lupe's wrap with eggs and lettuce

S: none today.

Also lots of water W/Lemon & Vitamins

L: tuna salad with lf mayo, haricot vert and salad
D: grilled fish(tbd), mashed cauliflower, skim milk
S: lf string cheese, sf jello, sf Russell Stovet strawberry cream candy
Fridays during lent are rough to figure out!! What is an oopsie?!

L; Burger patty with slice pepper jack, salad with ranch
S: haven't had it yet but I have a leftover chicken thigh from last night's dinner calling my name
D: Not sure yet. Hubby said mexican food sounded good to him, so I might do up some steak fajitas or a taco salad
They are telling us that snow could happen Sunday/Monday here. Baseball game tonight and two tomorrow..then apparently, SNOW!
B- didn't happen, slept instead (I love my sleep)
L- salad greens with leftover chicken salad (maybe .25 cup) 2 oz leftover steak cut up and an avocado
D-will be pan fried chicken breast with brocolli
B- 2 mini sausage omelets, coffee with hwc and splenda
L- sausage and eggs
D- chicken catchatorie(sp?) over acorn squash
B - 3 egg sausage and swiss omelette
L - fat bomb made with EVCO, a touch of HWC, and a little chocolate protein powder for flavor
D - huge portion of crack slaw
S - 1/8 cup macadamia nuts, daily piece of dark chocolate, blue raspberry diet soda... possibly a smaller fat bomb if I need it, but I doubt it :)
Lots of lemon water as usual!
Spicy tuna pouch w/ mayo on a 50 cal LC tortilla
Veal cheeseburger with LC ketchup, mustard on same kind of tortilla
Spoonful of peanut butter
and wine :o
My appetite still stinks.
