RAVENOUS Silly weight loss contest #@!?#

I'm on day four of serious induction. I usually do low carb maint. I started a weight lost contest at work since everyone is whining that they are fat.
It's called FLAB TO FAB- get your Winter layer off in time for Spring!.
One month, weekly weigh-ins. Problem is, I wanted to give up Diet Mt. Dew to see if I cant nudge a few extra lbs off(and I made a bet). MAN DO I WANT IT. I'm also STARVING today. I've eaten enough and I don't want to over do it, but man would a I like a beer and a 50 ounce steak!!! I don't know if giving up the 'Dew is causing this intense hunger and need, but man is this tough. It's like since I had the dew, I didn't need sweets. But, now that it's gone, it seems to want to be replaced! With food...and lots of it. Anyone else just wanna knaw on some chow today?

I told the people in the contest that if they tried to eat better, I'd give up my 'Dew for the month. Stupid me! But, it did work. They knew what a sacrifice it is for me!

omg not the DEW...i LOVE LOVE LOVE my DMD!!!! almost as much as i love my diet pepsi....i cringe at the very thought....BUT if i had to give it up, crystal light rasb lemonade is my third fav....good luck and hang in there!!!

Definitely do this!

Get the powder form - it is least expensive & a little under the tongue will kill cravings in an emergency. But take it between meals to avoid needing to use it in an emergency.

Mountain Dew is known to be addictive, tons of caffeine. but you can do this, Dani!

It could be the lack of caffeine making you hungrier. After all, caffeine is an appetite suppressant.
