Hey guys! I'm so proud of myself for staying on plan during my couple of days away at a few concerts. Down 1 lb too :) :)

L: I tired Shirataki noodles for the first time, I don't know what the problem is with most people. It was amazing!! I had it with meatballs, and a alfredo sauce with diced tomatoes and parm cheese. AH-MAY-ZING!
D: I ate a lot at lunch so I'm too full for dinner honestly.
1137 calories, 75% fat, 2% carbs, 22% protein
2 1/2 weeks strong here :) I can't believe I've actually made it this long with restarting like I have a million times in the past. :jumpjoy:
