D: Oolong Tea w/Stevia, Bunless Cheeseburger w/2 finely Chopped Garlic Cloves/Mayo/Romaine Lettuce/thin sliced Radish/Onion/Cucumber in a bowl :yummy:

S: 1 ounce Almonds
S: Jody's Pumpkin Bake or Deviled Eggs or SF Orange Jello if hungry :D

L - 1/4 cup of macadamia nuts, Babybel cheese, Annie Chun's sesame roasted seaweed snacks
D - ??? Maybe crack slaw FINALLY if I'm allowed to cook! If not, probably something scavenged from yet another restaurant :annoyed:
S - blue raspberry diet soda, 1/8 cup of macadamia nuts, wedge of laughing cow cheese, daily piece of dark chocolate, and lots of lemon water!

Mixed fish (haddock, smoked haddock, salmon, prawns, also sliced mushrooms and bacon lardons) in a creamy cheese sauce (double cream, Parmesan, butter, parsley) with broccoli - like a kind of deconstructed fish pie, or even a thick chowder minus the spuds.

B: Hubby took me out to breakfast. 1 OH egg (used to avoid them due to intolerance, but did ok this time), 3 slices bacon, a few bites country potatoes (first time off plan in weeks, wasn't as good as I remembered), coffee, salsa and cholula

L: maybe nothing, breakfast filled me up

D: paleo cottage pie

Exciting day, tried Mama Lupe's tortillas and carbquik for the first time and loved both!

Hey guys! I'm so proud of myself for staying on plan during my couple of days away at a few concerts. Down 1 lb too :) :)

B: 1 egg, 2 bacon, 1 sausage
L: I tired Shirataki noodles for the first time, I don't know what the problem is with most people. It was amazing!! I had it with meatballs, and a alfredo sauce with diced tomatoes and parm cheese. AH-MAY-ZING!
D: I ate a lot at lunch so I'm too full for dinner honestly.

1137 calories, 75% fat, 2% carbs, 22% protein

2 1/2 weeks strong here :) I can't believe I've actually made it this long with restarting like I have a million times in the past. :jumpjoy:

1. quark, flax, - planned
2. mash cauliflower with cheese - planned
3. 7 chicken wings - no plan
4. smoked cheese - no plan
5. olives with hard cheese - it was not planned but chicken was sold out
6. yoghurt - no plan
7. quark, strawberries, flax, (I made for tomorrow but I ate)

It is a lot of food
