It's Wednesday..What are You Eating!
Forgive me if there was a thread already posted for today... but I looked and looked and could not find it--so I decided to start it :)

-2 Eggs W-1 Tbsp. Smart Balance & 1 Tbsp. Cheese
-1 Slice Bacon
-8 oz Black Coffee W-1 Tbsp. HWC
-Greek Salad W-Chicken
-1 String Cheese
-La Croix Coconut Water
-Grilled Chicken
-Veggie of Some Sort
-La Croix Coconut Water

Also Vitamins and Lots of Water With Lemon :)

L: 2 oz baked chicken with spinach and artichoke steamed
D: 1/4 cup chicken salad wrapped in romaine leaves

lunch- brocoli, butter, chicken
dinner- salad with goats cheese and walnuts
snack- one apple and 5 baby carrots

B - 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 cups coffee w/ hwc and splenda

L - leftover pork rind crusted tilapia, roasted cabbage (I'm addicted) and left over loaded broccoli (cheese bacon and green onions)

D- Parmesan crusted shrimp and broccoli

S - green peppers, pickel, sf hot chocolate with hwc

B - chocolate raspberry egg cream
L - homemade cream of chicken soup, Babybel cheese, 1/8 cup of macadamia nuts
D - large serving of crack slaw
S - daily piece of dark chocolate, blue raspberry diet soda, 1/8 cup of macadamia nuts, maybe something else little if I feel like it, and lots of lemon water :)

As healthy as possible. And I'm hitting the gym idc if i hate that class. I just weighed at the dr. Office. I do not like what I see.

Doing well, but will be on a date tonight at a wine/olive oil/vinegar tasting class, so will probably eat some bread. So for the day

B: earl grey tea with 1 half-and-half, 2 splenda
L: Ethiopian food: collard greens with a few pieces of potato (wasn't supposed to, but ate them anyway), cabbage and carrots, chicken leg with barbere sauce, beef stew, no injera, no rice.
D: whatever is at the tasting.

Happy Hump Day!

B - mashed egg yolks with mustard, mayo, and bacon bits

L - mashed eggs again plus snap peas and ranch (one of those little to-go packs)

D - hamburger patty with American cheese (In 'N Out), diet Coke

S - if needed (usually needed!) 1 oz pkg, peanuts, 1 string cheese

Feeling better after the dr so I have some kind of menu now.

L-protein coffee w/hwc

coffee/hwc and 2 more with 10% and 1 vco
tuna and mayo with a few almond crackers and 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
chicken, shirataki noodles in Thai sauce
oopsie with butter

My dinner was hosed by having to take a sick kid to the ER, so we had nuts, wine, and a little dark chocolate instead. I see another week without any losses, but ahh well. :P

I can't believe how little some of you eat!!

D- sausage and mock garlic mash

That's what I was thinking! Then again sometimes I can't believe how much I can eat, so there's that :hyst:

My day changed a bit again. Man, my dad is a stickler for going out to eat lately... I had to eat my big meal for lunch and have a smaller dinner :annoyed:
