I'm getting frustrated. I had a 2 egg omelet with sour cream and a little salsa and now my Ketostick got lighter in color. Whats going on??????

Many factors can change the color of the ketosticks, for example, time of day and hydration . Don't stress over the color, ketosis is ketosis. I used the sticks when I first started low carb to confirm ketosis and again when I started having bad cravings. During the cravings, I was out of ketosis and had to think back to what I had eaten that day. It helped me eliminate some foods that I thought were safe. Other then that, I don't use them.

Ketosis is like pregnancy - either you are or you aren't!
