Monday Workouts??

4-mile run with a little extra workout...I stopped at the grocery store for a couple of small items and carried them on the last half mile of my run! My arms need all the help they can get

Hoping to go to the gym after work tonight, but right now I feel like crap, so we'll see...
If I make it:
15 min track
circuit to failure 1x
15 min cardio (track, arc trainer, treadmill, bike, depends on my mood)
ciruit to failure 1x
15 min track
