Monday Workouts??
4-mile run with a little extra workout...I stopped at the grocery store for a couple of small items and carried them on the last half mile of my run! My arms need all the help they can get :laugh:

Hoping to go to the gym after work tonight, but right now I feel like crap, so we'll see...
If I make it:
15 min track
circuit to failure 1x
15 min cardio (track, arc trainer, treadmill, bike, depends on my mood)
ciruit to failure 1x
15 min track

4 Mile run myself. Just finished... whew now for an entire can of Tuna with olive oil and jalapenos.
