Glad you posted today! Welcome! I think I'm going to have to steal your pot pie idea sometime soon, sounds like something the kiddo would really like

Omg we're almost there!!! When I get low scale weights after having a few, it usually only lasts for one day and then goes back to normal. Haha, it usually goes a few lbs down, then back up, then back to usual losses in about three days. How long does it set you back for?

After St. Paddy's day food debauchery...I just need a jar of coconut oil and I'll be fine. And maybe some eggs.

Trying to keep it clean and very simple. My weight went up a few pounds even though my diet and exercise routine remained the same. I'm assuming it is due to a change in my stress levels (cortisol and serotonin levels) I had been extremely stressed the past two years and that has settled down. I'm guessing my body is just trying to regulate. (Anyone know if that's possible?) After I lost all my weight I remained between 110-112 consistently.
2 eggs, 1 ounce cheese, 2 slices Canadian bacon
2 tilapia fillets
Tuna salad (tuna, mayo, dill pickle relish, egg)
