GOOOOOOD MORNING!! Rainy day here in Arkansas...or should I say STORMY day!

Today looks like this for my menu:
B: 2x egg, 1/4 c. mozz. cheese
L: My folks are taking me out to mexican. So it looks like shrimp and chicken fajita for this girl.
D: LC Pizza (leftover)
S: 1oz pecan halves

Stormy here too! Love hearing the sound of thunder in the morning :)
Plans for today:
B: 2 eggs scrambled in 1Tbs butter, topped with a little cheddar, sour cream, cilantro salasa
L: Shrimp and broccoli stir fry
D: Lamb shanks or LC cheesecake.

Hoping that since I'm back to waking up at 6am I'll have more of an appetite! Haven't been eating much lately. Plan to have breakfast around 8am.

Good morning...jealous of your stormy weather!

B - leftover BBQ steak

L - egg yolks mashed with mayo and mustard,snap peas

D - more leftover steak, zucchini "baked potato" (so good!)

S - string cheese

I calculate about 17 carbs for the day (including sour cream on the zucchini)

B - 2 eggs and 2 bacon, coffee, hwc, splenda

L - Bacon, tomato and mayo oopsie sandwhich and a salad of spinach, mushrooms, green pepper

D - Chicken pot pie made with alfredo, frozen cauli and broccoli, chicken and oopsie

S - celery, hot cocoa and hwc

Hi,
I had popcorn with the kiddies yesterday and now I have an insane urge for doughnuts. Weird.

B: Flax seed oatmeal, steak, eggs, coffee (5 gm)
S: 1 oz almonds, coffee (3 gm)
L: Grilled chicken, salad (3 gm)
D: Burger, asparagus (2 gm)
Workout: Greek Yogurt (8 gm)

Water: Lost track, I think around 3 L, 5 goal

Up a few and have a date on Wednesday, so keeping it clean and low!

B: earl grey tea with 1 half-and-half and 2 splenda
L: tuna "rice" casserole (cauliflower rice, fresh tuna, mushrooms, red onion, celery, cheddar cheese, heavy cream, mayo); brasied cauliflower with garlic butter and parsley
D: probably a 2-egg omlett with pork sausage, cheese, red onion, tomato, and mushrooms.

I couldnt take it anymore and weighed this morning.. The scale actually said "127" but I'm gunna stick with 129 because I think I am still a little dehydrated from the drinks I had on Friday.

L- 4 slices bacon, 1 oz walnuts
D- peppered beef jerky, salad w/ cucumbers & veggies
sn- 2 T PB

+3-4 liters water

I am going to an event tonight and will not be eating anything while there!

Omg we're almost there!!! ;) When I get low scale weights after having a few, it usually only lasts for one day and then goes back to normal. Haha, it usually goes a few lbs down, then back up, then back to usual losses in about three days. How long does it set you back for?

Trying to keep it clean and very simple. My weight went up a few pounds even though my diet and exercise routine remained the same. I'm assuming it is due to a change in my stress levels (cortisol and serotonin levels) I had been extremely stressed the past two years and that has settled down. I'm guessing my body is just trying to regulate. (Anyone know if that's possible?) After I lost all my weight I remained between 110-112 consistently.
2 eggs, 1 ounce cheese, 2 slices Canadian bacon
2 tilapia fillets
Tuna salad (tuna, mayo, dill pickle relish, egg)
