Was stuck at 219 for weeks........
 
Then I took a week off and ate whatever I wanted. Went up to 222 then jumped back on induction and now a week later I'm down to 216 lbs?

So did taking a week off and then going back on induction help me break through my plateau?

I'm wondering if the week off really had anything to do with it, or if it was the going back to induction in general that did it since that's a bit more carb restrictive than most people's long term LC plan. Had you previously tried going back to induction with no result? Or was this your first time back to it?

Definitely plausible. The body is excellent at adapting to circumstances, so sometimes it's counterproductive to have "perfect diligence" with equal carbs and calories every day. Nobody knows for sure.

First time back on induction and that might be the key. If I stall again for a few weeks I might try a week off again.
