Does anyone else....

Get really hot after they eat? I am freezing all day, and then after I eat, I'm so hot I want to rip all my clothes off! Does this happen to anyone else?

I am cold all the time now but I do not get hot after I eat. Before LC and losing weight I was ALWAYS hot now I freeze ALL THE TIME!! People comment on this all the time to me-Husband, friends and co workers.

My dad is like that... he actually starts sweating whenever he eats, even when it's not spicy food. I've always found that incredibly weird I'm just cold all the time, but I'm pretty sure my thyroid is to blame for that. No warm ups noticed when I eat unless it's something really spicy!

Isn't that funny how different we all are. I am in my office writing this, and I'm cold. I'll have my shake in a minute, and I'll be warm. Wierd!

I get hot after I eat, especially if my ratios are good with regards to fat/protein/carbs... My BF says it's my metabolism kicking in and burning some extra fat!

Cold for no reason usually means your metabolism drops to adjust for a lower calorie intake. If it seems to persist, try bringing the calories up just a bit.
