Sunday workouts

Was fully energized today. Went to a Native American drum circle last night and the spirits have rejuvenated me!
Did what I call an "all around" workout today.
15 minutes on the rower then moderate weight work on both upper body and legs.
I like mixing things up now and then....keeps it interesting.

I RAN today. Well, in my mind I ran, but I actually just jogged it was a major accomplishment for me.

My new fitbit got quite the trial today: first I went for a 1.75 mile walk, then I took my son to the zoo. I'm at over 11,000 steps already for the day.
