that's probably it for today lol, maybe some broccoli. But had one of those steaks yesterday and I'm still not hungry. Anticipating the ribeye today will do the same :P

I'm trying out a fat fast today. :) Eating very small amounts of food doesn't appeal to me, so most of my meals are liquid.

Breakfast - coffee with 1 tbsp coconut oil & 4 oz almond milk
Snack - 1 cup chicken broth with 1/2 tbsp butter
Lunch - 1 egg beaten with 2 tbsp softened mascarpone cheese and microwaved for about 60 seconds on medium power.
Snack - coffee with 1/4 cup full fat coconut milk and 1 tbsp coconut oil
Dinner - hard boiled egg with 1 tbsp mayo and 1 slice of cooked, crumbled bacon
Snack - 1 cup chicken broth with a tbsp of butter

That puts me at 960 calories for the day. 88.7% fat, 8.7% protein, and 2.6% carbs.

i hope my hunger diminishes like this lol not that i don't want to eat, i just like to feel full longer

Wow, hungry is very low today and this is a good thing! :up:

Started out the day with some oatmeal, then had a salad and a turkey sandwich on low cal bread with a bit of mayo and some lettuce. Dinner will be home made beef stew, some crusty Italian bread, and another salad. Made a Gluc Pumpkin shake for a snack with a mini bag of cheese nips.

Been 3 days since my stop eating at 8 has been enforced and so far, so good! :clap:

B: Bacon

L: Salad of romaine, crumbled bacon (had to use it up), chicken, Ken's Northern Italian dressing and sprinkled with parmesan/romano cheese

S: A wedge of Laughing Cow cheese and Swiss Miss diet cocoa (but not at the same time!)

D: Pork chop marinated in Spanish seasonings (smoked paprika, garlic, red wine vinegar, etc.) and pan fried in olive oil. It was delicious!
