It's WEDNESDAY! What Are You Eating Today?
Morning all. :)
Breakfast: Two boiled eggs, two rashers of bacon and a coffee with double cream and toasted marshmallow da vinci.
Lunch: Chicken Caesar salad – romaine, chicken, parmesan and Caesar dressing
Dinner: Pork tenderloin with mustard cream sauce and sweetheart cabbage.
Snacks: Peperami, cheddar stick.
Plus at least two litres of water and a berocca.
I've been crazy busy with work, Charlie and my degree. Gonna try and post at least in this thread daily from now on though. :)
B- coffee with cream, 2 eggs scrambled
L- protein shake
D- oven fried catfish, salad
Snack- no idea

b. 2 eggs with Tblespoon of mayo

l. 1/2 c greens, 1/2 cucumber with parm, steak cooked in HWC
d. grilled chicken with bacon and tomato, lettuce, pickles and mayo (fast food- bunless)
B: Coffee w/CO
L: Leftover grilled chicken, salad w/blue cheese dressing
D: Homemade cabbage rolls
S: A few T. of oconut oil/coconut butter blended and frozen, more coffee w/CO (fat has been too low lately.)
Knittering: Do you mind sharing your recipe for your cabbage rolls?
B: Green tea with EVCO/HWC/Salted Caramel Torani
L: 5oz shrimp with LC cocktail sauce and 1 avocado
D: Italian sausage and shrimp alfredo over zucchinni noodles
S: 1 deviled egg
1 gallon of water with ACV
B: coffee with splenda
L: 2 pieces gefilte fish and 1/8 cup sauteed cabbage
D: 1/4 cup chicken fajitas in romaine leaves
Breakfast : 3 eggs,chopped jalapeņo chili and 4 slices salami ,coffee
Lunch : to be decided
dinner: hamburgers , vegetables in spicy tomato sauce as a side (ratatouille style)
B coffee, Pumpkin Pie Omelette,I miss pancakes,but not about to eat posions flour+sugar!This recipe so good and satisfying,I had sausage too.
L Sf tea,Cabbage soup,2 slices cabot cheddar w mayo+ pork rinds.
D Beef,broccoli alfredo bake from recipe room.sf tea
S cream cheese clouds,sf jello,gallon+ water,1 diet pepsi
B: 4 slices uncured bacon, 1 cup coffee w/almond milk, stevia drops
L: salmon cakes
D: chili lime chicken burger, guacamole, cauliflower
Afternoon!! Amber, I can only imagine what a full 'plate' you have with all that on the go!

L: Chicken casserole with hot Italian pork sausage, mushrooms, celery, parsley, cream cheese, and cheddar; Broccoli casserole with bacon, green onions, and cheddar cheese
D: Going to my boyfriend's house for dinner, so we will probably order Vietnamese. Getting shrimp and egg yolks fried then sauteed in fish sauce based sauce. Yum!!!
B: Flax seed oatmeal, steak, egg, coffee (5 gm)
S: 1 oz almonds, coffee (4 gm)
L: Grilled chicken, salad (3 gm)
D: Ground beef, cabbage (6 gm)
workout: Greek Yogurt (8 gm)
Water: 4.7 L so far, 5 goal
B. 2 pieces of bacon and a slice of Italian Bread
L. Fat free bologna on a piece of Italian bread, salad, and a small bag of Lay's chips
D. Longhorn Steakhouse...6 oz steak, baked potato, veggies and coffee
A snack later if I can get it in before 8 PM. If not I'll be drinking hot water/ice water with lemon and some herbal tea until bedtime.
2 days down with no night time eating and today my hunger is low. I've been listening all day to see if I REALLY wanted to eat and so far I'm hearing my hungry loud and clear! If only this will keep up I'll be golden!! :up::clap::aprayer:
B- hot "apple cider" - was yucky.. Had a coffee w/ 1 T HWC instead :)
L- 1 oz walnuts, bacon, 2 T PB
D- big salad.. maybe more walnuts
+ 3 liters water & a one a day multivitamin!
Calories were kinda low today.. but I'll make up for it tomorrow when my guys BBQ sauce gets here :)
Also power walked 2.6 miles while my son rode his bike!
Totals: 968 calories, 28 total carbs, 21 net :love:, 87g fat, 18g sat fat
pistachios, an oz of cheese, and a grass fed ribeye with butter. Hectic day! The steak was worth the wait and hunger, though.
