Keeping it under 1600 calories and stopping my eating at 8 pm tonight. Not watching carbs, per say, and trying to eat healthier things. Eating breakfast, lunch and dinner which I NEVER do, especially breakfast. Second day for this and working it one day at a time to get rid of the eating issue I have been experiencing since last April!

B- 2 cups decaf tea
L- 1 oz walnuts, pepperoni D- 6 slices bacon, egg whites, cucumbers w/ ranch .. I'm starting to get REALLY tired of bacon..(I know.. CRAZY! ) My guys BBQ sauce should be here any day now and I can start making more chicken recipes again ... cooking w/ bbq sauce is one of the ONLY ways that I actually enjoy eating grilled chicken (super picky about meat)Going to do a light workout at the gym tonight.. power walking a mile or 2, then doing 5-10 minutes on the stair stepper! Lots of water today!

Breakfast was a couple HB eggs (75 minute commute, so they're good while driving as long as you wear a bib to catch the crumbs).
Lunch left over pork tenderloin and spaghetti squash from last night. Made some chicken curry and had some saag I found in the frozen food isle (it was actually very good with a decent "kick"). |
