Almost two months in (update)

So I started the lc in mid january and weighed in at 184.0 this morning I was down to 166.6

I'm so excited and feel great and have been adding berries into my diet again. Anyhow I will be starting to excercise I just got a membership at LA fitness and am excited to see the changes. I hope everyone that started at the beginning of the year is still going strong!!

I can't wait to post pictures.
