It's MONDAY! What Are You Eating Today?
 
Morning all.

Breakfast: Three boiled eggs, three rashers of bacon and a coffee with double cream and splenda.

Lunch: Roast beef with lettuce, cucumber, tomato and Caesar dressing or mayo.

Dinner: Chicken Caesar salad romaine, chicken, parmesan and Caesar dressing.

Snacks: Peperami, babybel.

Plus at least two litres of water and a berocca.

B - Broccoli cheese soup from Dana Carpender's Fat Fast book

L - Four hardboiled egg yolks with two tablespoons mayo

D - In 'N Out Flying Dutchman

1080 calories. 93 fat grams. 52 grams protein. 12 carbs.

I'm sure I'll scrounge up some snacks somewhere in between too.

Morning all!
B:couple cups coffee with 1tbs CO, xylitol, splash almond/coconut milk
2 eggs scrambled in 1/2 tbsp butter w/ a sprinkle of cheddar, 1tbs cilantro salsa and 2 tbs sour cream
L: leftover bratwurst
D: hooooping to have a swordfish steak for dinner but we shall see!

B - 4 egg whites, 2 slices of bacon, and 2 links of sausage with a couple cups of coffee (sweetened w/ Splenda)

L - probably just some lemon water, and maybe a Carbmaster yogurt because I'm still quite full from breakfast and have a big birthday meal coming up later!

D - Rock lobster tail, garlic grilled shrimp, and shrimp scampi with a blue cheese side salad and broccoli at Red Lobster for my birthday... not even letting them bring those rolls to the table! :laugh:

S - my usual lemon water throughout the day, and my daily piece of dark chocolate :)

Lunch was salami and some mint coconut flax bombs
Dinner will be ground turkey meatballs stuffed with cheese served with cabbage and a tomato based sauce.

Snack will be berries in sugar free jelly

Sure, just give me a day to type it up, it's rather long and complex (you start with making a base gravy in large quantities, which can then be frozen in portions). I'll post it in its own thread when done! Just ate it, and it was wonderful!

No swordfish steak for me tonight
but I did have the same thing as breakfast, except with 3 eggs. Delish! plus about six macadamia nut halves.

1,284 cals, 20 net carbs, 60g protein, 111g fat

Today was a really great day for me today. I have energy through the roof! :)
