L:2 ham,cr cheese and pickle roll ups,1/2 red bell pepper, avocado.
D: Chicken breast stir fry w/bok choy, red bell pepper,zucchini,broccoli and soy sauce.
Sn: Coke float: Breyer's ice cream and diet coke w/splenda

snacks - HWC whipped with splenda and cocoa pwd - about 5-6 bites
