**It's Monday. What are you eating today?

Today's menu should be
coffee with co and hwc
small atkins bar
bacon and eggs
beef tips recipe from here, with small veggie
lots of water
Magnesium pills before bed
2 cups coffee w/ 1 ounce HCream in each
3 eggs scrambled w/2 tbsp butter
1 slice american cheese
1 ounce raw almonds
3 ounces of left over ribeye from last night
1 ounce genoa salamie
not sure.... today is the day that I do a day shift and a graveyard in the same do, so I'll be sleeping all afternoon. I may make some bacon/eggs for dinner, usually something small to hold me over till breakfast on Tuesday...
I am so hungry today. So far I've had about 3 ounces of breakfast sausage, a SF jello with HWC, several ounces of a delicious ham from a local butcher shop, half a gallon of water and lime flavored seltzer, a coconut flour muffin with blueberries, a serving of asparagus. I'm reading your replies hoping to find something that will satisfy me today. I'm afraid it is hormones though, and I'll be feeling like this for a week. :(

L: baconator and Caesar side salad from Wendy's
Sn: Atkins peanut butter cups
D: Linda Sues deep dish pizza, broccoli, cucumber and celery with veggie dip.
B-2 cups of coffee, co, splenda
L-2 fried eggs, 3 sausage links, 2 ham and swiss pinwheels
snack-pb w. cocoa, hwc, and whipped cream
D-4 buffalo wings, ranch dressing, zucchini and mushrooms w. alfredo sauce
