optional snack: pork rinds and homemade spinach dip

And hopefully I remember today I'm supposed to take my 4 week measurements.

I put a chuck roast in the crock pot last night, so that's all my meals for the next couple of days. It has the 3 lb roast, some jalape˝os, an onion, a red bell pepper, a medium cabbage, and seasonings, and it's delicious.

I'm having lots of water throughout the day, and maybe some tea with HWC later on.
