if I am hungry, leftover pork burger with onion and mayo

B: Orange & Spice Tea w/stevia, 1 Fried Egg, 1 Sausage Patty
L: Peppermint Tea w/stevia, JODY'S PUMPKIN BAKE - Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes
D: Oolong Tea w/stevia, Bunless Cheeseburger, Green Beans
S: 1 ounce Almonds, SF Raspberry Jello, or Celery Stuffed w/Cream Cheese
B- bacon and eggs with green peppers, HWC and cheese. Coffee with HWC and CO
L- tilapia with 1 tbsp tartar sauce, salad with cheese, peppers and blue cheese
D- cheeseburger, 2 strawberries with HWC, olives with mascarpone cheese
2 pints black coffee., no sweeteners
3 fried eggs
3 rashers bacon
4 mushrooms fried in butter
Dinner (will be)
Roast lamb with garlic, rosemary, lemon and cinammon
Broccoli and mangetout in a minty gravy

Final day of a meat and eggs fast for me today so...
B- coffee with cream
L- 3 slices of bacon, 2 eggs fried in coconut oil
D- 3 eggs scrambled in butter with chorizo
S- coffee with cream
B: double shot mocha (made with my mom's sf/lc hot cocoa mix)
S: 1/4C almonds
L: hamburger patty with provolone cheese and mustard
and for dinner I'll probably make the rib steaks my mom bought for me and DH. With green salad and 1/2 avocado.
optional snack: pork rinds and homemade spinach dip
And hopefully I remember today I'm supposed to take my 4 week measurements.

Lots and lots of water!
I put a chuck roast in the crock pot last night, so that's all my meals for the next couple of days. It has the 3 lb roast, some jalapeņos, an onion, a red bell pepper, a medium cabbage, and seasonings, and it's delicious. :)
I'm having lots of water throughout the day, and maybe some tea with HWC later on.

L: Deviled eggs
D: Ground beef cooked in CO, some sort of tossed-together salad
L-grilled chicken w/sour cream and guac
D-grilled chicken salad
S-cream cheese fat bomb
B: A fried egg and a sausage link; ice tea
L: Chicken taco salad from Taco Time (no tomato, no cheese) with ranch dressing and a little hot sauce. And no chips! They serve those unless you ask them not to; ice tea
D: Steak salad (romaine lettuce, gorgonzola cheese crumbles, chopped tomato, grilled sirloin steak) with blue cheese dressing
