Eating and Listening to your Body
I like this article about listening to your body and thought I would share. Thanks to my daughter, I have been more aware of how food affects me. I've always been aware but my daughter encouraged me to pay attention to that awareness
Breads, sugars, fried foods, all make me tired, cranky and feel slightly sick and since I don't like feeling that way, I try to avoid these, sugar is the hardest one for me, but the breads and fried foods have been quite easy to give up. Here's to eating for wellness! (I'm not advocating for this book in this article, I like how it states you need to be aware of how your body feels and that I do approve!)
