Ketosis VS Deep Ketosis AKA super woman mode???

I know alot of people believe ketosis is simply ketosis...and maybe thats true.I'm definetly no expert on the subject.I have noticed for me though there is something different ,I have two noticeably different modes.

Ketosis-(Not much hunger,improved mood,no cravings,Good weight loss, increased urination,)
Deep Ketosis-(Cant sleep at all,Dont want to eat,Feel like I could leap buildings,climb walls,hyper speed...lol)

Anyone else notice this???
What I refer to as deep ketosis drives me crazy....Its the "super woman mode"...or maybe im just wacky

Oh yes, I know exactly what you are talking about! IN fact when I get into really good ketosis like that, I have to cut back on my anti-depressants which are mildly stimulant for me, or I wont get any sleep at all. It was great when I was painting the interior of my house this last winter. I was able to get one room a day done

I live in ketosis and have for a long time now (in my 4th straight year) and ketosis feels as normal to me as breathing air. I do remember however, having the symptoms you describe to one degree or another in the beginning. They do become less noticeable but they also persists in a good way. My appetite is pretty even, I am generally optimistic, and feel good overall.

I'm only in my 2nd straight year, but this describes my experience as well.

I can't wait to feel like I can leap tall buildings! I don't seem to get past the first one you described.
