Today is day 8 for me! Weighed in this morning with a 3 1/2 lb loss! YAY! :)

B- coffee w/ 1 T HWC
L- pepperoni.. rest of the protein bar I didnt eat last night. About 2/3 of one
D- BLT wraps, 1/2 oz walnuts - maybe some sf lime jello
sn- 2 T pb

+2-3 liters water!

Totals: 1,141 calories, 99g total fat, 32g sat fat, 27 total carbs, 15 net

I will try to write everything. If I remember it, I hope I will not have to cancel my membership here.

1. 2 eggs, 1 spoon of mix flax, walnuts, almonds, 1 cup of cauliflower, nutmeg, salt, pepper, turmeric

2. cheese panneer with spinach, leek, mix of spicy for indian Panneer masala. It was about 2 cups total.

3. 4 slices of cheese eidam

4. 80 gram goat cheese

5. 150 grams blueberries, 2 spoon double cream, 2 spoon butter, 75 g quark

the name is "Black Friday"
