chicken soup (onion, garlic, celery, chicken broth and diced chicken)
pork rinds, cheese, salsa and sour cream
B: eggs, 2 HB, 1 TB mayo, cup of black coffee
L: mixed leaves salad, leftover rotisserie chicken, 1T mayo, 1T flaxseeds, 1T olive oil, half a small avocado, 1oz Feta
D: 3 eggs, scrambled, 4 thin rashers crispy bacon, 1 oz feta, baby spinach
so far 4 cups of green tea.
Yay 2 pound loss today out of the blue! Almost didnt weigh myself because it felt as though I gained!
B- 3 scrambled eggs and a coffee with hwc
L- either chicken stir fry or chicken salad (I have a left over chicken breast kicking around)
D- left over chilli, may have a slice of home made l/c bread toasted with it.
S- coffee with splenda and hwc, s/f jello
B - 2 big sausage patties and coffee
S - Pigged out on an entire bag of buffalo pork rinds! (4 servings worth)
L - Turkey, cheese & pickles, maybe eggs if I have any left
D - Left over Jambalaya!!

B: 4 slices uncured bacon, 2 cups coffee w/almond milk and stevia drops
L: 1 mashed up avocado w/crumbled uncured bacon, lemon juice, s & p, shrimp fried in coconut oil
D: ginger "soy" (I use coconut aminos instead of soy sauce, avoiding soy) marinated flank steak, mashed garlic cauliflower "potatoes"
B: coffee with splenda
L: 2-3 pieces gefilte fish; 3 olives
D: 1/4 cup chicken fajitas w/romaine wrap and 1 tsp sour cream
B: 2 Coffees w/Cream, 1 Fried Egg, 1 Sausage Patty
L: Peppermint Tea w/stevia, 2 HB Eggs w/Mayo & Horseradish Sauce
D: Oolong Tea w/stevia, Baked Salmon w/lc Coleslaw
S: 1 ounce Almonds, SF Strawberry Jello, or 2 Celery Stuffed w/Peanut Butter :)
Fighting a head cold and can hardly eat...cant taste or smell anything :(

D: 2 grassfed burgers, with sliced tomato, coconut aminos (instead of soy sauce), grilled onion, creamed cauli w/butter
L: roasted turkey breast and ham, cubed and mixed with mayo and spicy brown mustard
D: Southwestern Chili Con Carne, topped with sharp cheddar
Water and decaf green tea throughout the day
B: coffee with HWC and DaVinci, 2 deviled eggs
L: pizza soup
D: Atkins shake
S: chia pudding, 3 deviled eggs
Lots and lots of water!
B: 2 beef ribs and 2 eggs
L: small amount of pulled pork (no sauces)
D: bacon. May eat a few more eggs later if hungry.

Day 7! Feeling more in control with each day that passes! :jumpjoy: & excited to weigh in tomorrow morning.. hoping to be a couple of pounds down! :)

Noodle-less lasagna (meat, cheese and sauce baked in a single serve dish) & salad with ranch dressing.
1/2 cup whipped cream sweetened with stevia
1 TBSP peanut butter
1 gallon green tea and water.
