I'm feeling really pants today :(

Have been off low carb plan since before Christmas but know that once I am back in to it, the weight will fall off and I won't feel starving all the time.

I only got back on plan on Tuesday, so am halfway through day three and I feel rotten. Banging headache, low energy, achey. Don't feel hungry at all, had plenty today so far, 1.30pm and had omelette with cheese and ham, nuts and some chicken (skin on) salad with mayo and a coffee with cream, about 1 litre of water. No hunger at all but feel awful.

Any tips on getting through the next few days to where I might feel better?

Might sound silly but when I am either feeling tired, stressed, generally crappy, or even hungry and water and food have been adequate for the day, I will go to bed early. When I wake in the morning I usually feel tons better.

PS... what does it mean to feel pants?

How are you now? Chicken broth is the cure for most people. It is recommended that one has at least 2 cups per day and make sure it is NOT low sodium. You need the salt.
