L - probably the same with pickles and a hard boiled egg D - Hamburger or fish, don't know yet Snacks of whipped PB or almonds if needed |
B: two eggs fried in CO, 2 sausage patties, coffee with HWC, CO and DaVinci
L: beef roast with broccoli/cauliflower mash D: pork chop with green beans Hoping for no snacks! Lots and lots of water! |

S: 2 oz beef jerky Homemade mocha L: Shrimp Cocktail with lime/ginger mayo. D: Cheese burger with sliced tomato and lettuce. If I'm hungry somewhere in between I have a couple pieces of bite size baked chicken in the fridge. |

B- Coffee w/ 1 T HWC L- 3 HB egg whites drizzled in chili sauce, 1 & 3/4 cup veggies, stir-fried D- 3 BLT wraps (AGAIN! Cant go shopping til the 11th).. & 1 oz walnuts sn- (which will probably be eaten with L or D) pepperoni, 1 T pb, 1/3 a protein bar + at least 2 liters of plain water = 1,177 calories, 96g total fat, 27g sat fat, 26 total carbs, 13 net |

L - 6 oz chopped brisket, 1/2 c mixed greens, SF kiwi strawberry jello D - hopefully that steak I've been craving. :) If we do heat and eat it will be an Atkins meal. S - smokehouse almonds, more jello, Capocollo if nothing else works all the lemongrass green tea and water I can hold. |
